Position Purpose: Manages people, product, and equipment to execute outstanding QSC (Quality, Service and Cleanliness) on assigned shifts, to deliver optimum business results for an area(s) of accountability.
Principal Accountabilities:

Demonstrates and reinforces the leadership behaviors and basic people minimums (uniforms, crew schedules, rap sessions, etc.)

Knows, enforces, and educates crew on all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures.

Мaintains critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Models performance standards for all crew stations and maintenance. Works in a unit-producing capacity as needed.

Manages shifts and/or areas without supervision.

Properly executes, enforces and manages all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices.

Ensures all security procedures are executed.

Ensures that wage and hour policies and procedures are followed. (leaves of absence, regulations regarding the minor employment, breaks, etc.)

Completes assigned shift paperwork.
Candidate’s Profile
-
Male/ Female age between 21 to 27 years old.
-
Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management, Business Management or other equivalent qualification (undergraduate studied 2-3 years will be considered).

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Good knowledge of basic computer operating systems (windows and Microsoft office).

Candidates with hospitality and customer service experience will have the advantage during the selection process
