    The Role

    • Installation of analogue & IP CCTV camera systems to include commissioning of transmission, reception, control, viewing & recording equipment
    • Evaluating, diagnoses & troubleshooting of systems and perform repairs, additions and upgrades as necessary
    • Installation, commissioning and servicing of access control systems
    • Carry out preventative maintenance programs on CCTV systems & ACT systems
    • Working with equipment suppliers on new equipment installations & modifications
    • Ensure all installations are done to the required standards meeting all safety regulations and practices
    • Ability to read & interpret blue prints, architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings
    • Provide on call service to customers and back up technical support
    • Liase with sales teams

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Relevant experience in security related systems to include analogue and IP CCTV systems
    • Working knowledge of RF, copper & fibre optic video transmission
    • Working knowledge of data networking & IT equipment (hardware & software)
    • Working knowledge of IP data networks (hardware & software/design/configuration)
    • Ability to use CAD software
    • Knowledge of audio/video technologies
    • Ability to use standard office software programs
    • Familiarity with Irish standards & PSA regulations
    • Good communication skills
    • Full clean drivers licence
    • Safe pass certificate
    • MEWP certificate

  • POSITION: Senior Production Supervisor
  • SALARY: To be discussed with pre-approved candidates only
  • LOCATION: IrelandJOB PURPOSE:        Responsible for the supervision of the production process and meet the highest standards attainable.

    REPORT TO:                       Production Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Hands on production role with excellent knowledge of all aspects of stock production.
    • Day to day supervision of production process, ensuring all KPI’s are followed and the highest standards in food manufacturing and safety are observed.
    • Co – ordinate and operate the production lines in terms of people, product, and equipment and maintain all associated paperwork.
    • Assist Production Manager in all aspects of people management of the production area.
    • Daily reporting to the Production Manager of all aspects of production.
    • Assisting in the planning process, and ordering of raw materials to match the proposed plan.
    • Ensure that factory inventory is maintained correctly
    • Responsible for maintaining all yields and improving them where possible.
    • Key involvement in record keeping for all the production and completion of associated paperwork to ensure that both internal and external quality systems are adhered to.
    • Accurately record weekly and monthly yields. Track and document supplier yields and line efficiencies.
    • Facilitate the Production Manager in the effective implementation of identified continuous improvement initiatives within the process.
    • Assist with setting time and motion guidelines for all new products.
    • Plan and maintain running costs within budget.
    • Maintain constant adherence to all company, customer and legal requirements regarding food safety and quality assurance.
    • Participate in manufacturing/operations meetings regarding product quality and processes.
    • Ensure that the highest levels of Service, Quality and Workmanship are maintained at all times.
    • Assist the Manager in driving adherence to all HACCP systems and good GMP.
    • Assist Production Manager in driving a culture of excellent adherence to Health & Safety by all employees through the maintenance of a safe working environment.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 4 – 6 years in a similar position in an industry with high volume product throughput.

    FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Third level education is desirable.
